Are you called?
What if there was a creative way to connect people to the love of God, would you do it? Pause and think about that for a second.
If we are serious about engaging people, we must continue our longstanding work of establishing new churches. Numerous studies agree that church starts are best at reaching un-churched and de-churched people are generally more sensitive to outsiders. As a result, many people find it easier to enter, engage and even serve in new churches.
The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship’s New Church Starts Initiative continues to see fresh and innovative expressions of church. Our desire is to journey alongside individuals as they process a call in church starting, equip them to vision, form and engage others in order to meet needs in their particular context.
Ultimately, church starts are about realizing the Kingdom of God. This work is at the very core of CBF — forming relationships, renewal and restoration in the world together. Is God calling you to church starting? Would you consider partnering with CBF in this endeavor?
